payment

All payments must be made via Paypal through invoice only.
You may choose to pay 100% upfront or 50% before and 50% after:
• 50% upfront: Low res progress images. High res/finished image only after complete payment.
• 100% upfront: High res progress images.

Additional Fees

• Additional characters are 80% of the price per character.
• Quicker turnaround for complex commissions might have a slight fee depending on size.
• If a deadline is required before standard turnaround time (discussed in time section) will also have a slight fee.
These fees are discussed on a case by case basis.

refunds

Full refunds will not be granted if you have already received a
first draft. If you'd like to cancel during the draft stage, 50% will not be
refunded. Past the draft stage, no refunds will be given.

drafts

Edits are only made during the draft phase and are free unless it makes the commission more complicated than originally agreed upon or have an excessive number of edit stages.

time

After draft phase, simple commissions (ex.sketches/emotes) can be
completed in a few days to a week. More complex commissions (ex. lined/
shaded) will take between 1-3 weeks on average. I will keep you updated if
it will take longer for whatever reason. I work on commissions in the order
that they were paid but if a commission requires a quicker turnaround
time be sure to let me know before payment.
